After meeting Carlos, I now understand why the company has all 5 star ratings. First, he returned my call immediately and was at my house in less than two hours. He combed the property, looking at every way a critter could have gotten in, and set up traps for any "intruders". He took the time to answer all of my questions, and he never pushed me to take more services than needed. For that, I am grateful... because, unfortunately, I went down that path once with another pest removal service, and I was not a happy camper in the end. So after he takes care of the larger critters, I look forward to hiring him to evict the ants that are building condominiums in my paved driveway! Carlos from Resolve Pest Management was extraordinary, he went above and beyond what anyone in any service industry would have done. Carlos delt with every issue in my home. From beginning to end He treated it as if it was his own home. He searched every crawl space every attic. Every rafter, every everything to put my mind at ease that I had no more animal's a k a raccoon's. Carlos coordinated the roofer to do the construction and repair work that the animals did so I had nothing to worry about. Carlos's work ethic was extraordinary and his compassion was equally exceptional. I hope I never have to call Carlos again for any other intruders that might come around, but I would recommend Carlos to everyone and anyone who has an issue where they need pest control. I can't say enough good things about Kevin at Resolve Pest Management! I called on a Friday with a squirrel problem in my attic, and Carlos in the office was incredibly helpful, scheduling Kevin to come out first thing Saturday morning at 7 am. The service was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced—they only charge for what’s actually done, which I really appreciated. Kevin set up two traps and a camera to monitor the situation, and since then, the squirrel "party" in my attic has officially ended! They’re still troubleshooting how the 1 little critter keeps managing to get in, but I’m confident they’ll figure it out soon. We were very impressed with the level of service provided by Carlos. He came highly recommended and we now know why. He was able to come out the same day that we called about a rodent issue in our attic. After his initial inspection of our area of concern he took further steps to inspect the rest of our home and point out several other areas of concern. Carlos was knowledgeable and patient as he walked us through our home and pointed out all of the miniscule details that our untrained eyes would have never noticed. He followed up this thorough visit with an even more thorough report including photos and notes on each area he pointed out. Staying in a rental for a few weeks, pending the completion of our new home. Day 5, we hear and see something scramble under the refrigerator ! Then another under a nearby closet ! At first I thought it was our little dog walking past me!! Thankfully the owner of the rental called up Carlos at Resolve Pest Management in Bayville NJ after my frantic SOS call to him...Carlos came within an hour & could not have been more accommodating ...I am still freaking out, but feel much better after Carlos came and saved the day ! Great service, fast response and very knowledgeable. I will highly recommend to all my family, friends and neighbors. Not only did they address the current issue but offered preventative measures for other potential issues and pointed out any signs of previous issues. About 8 months ago we had a different company come out and said they saw no signs of anything in our attic (even though the animal ripped a hole in the roof) - Resolve Pest Mgmt, pointed out signs of previous rodent issues that had to have been present months ago when the other company was here. They also highlighted issues with roof vents that were also definitely there 8 months ago and the other company never mentioned them (even though that other company) charged me a nice fee for their "inspection". Resolve Pest Management is absolutely wonderful. Carlos and his team do thorough work and will put your mind at ease. They explain everything that needs to be done or what they suggest should be done. When we first called, Carlos showed up and checked every area of the house. Not only did he handle the mouse issue, he also found termite damage that was unknown to us. Since then, we have regular maintenance and have even called them other issues like bees. Resolve was the third, and only company that thoroughly inspected the outside of our home for ant colonies. The other exterminators simply sprayed around property. Carlos and his team checked under moss, grass, rocks and cement extenders at end of gutter downspouts. What they discovered under one extender was absolutely horrifying-thousands of ants-I was ready to put the house we just purchased up for sale. They also showed me all the ant tunnels close to the foundation. The tunnels were interesting but not something you want to see when your intent is to keep them out of your house and away from greasy cat food. Also, Carlos understood my anxiety and stress. He was sympathetic and knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions. His team applied 2-3 different applications and now the ugly, scary swarms underneath the extender are gone and we have not detected any tunnels. Thank you Carlos and the Resolve team! ~ laraine s

Carlos arrived exactly when promised. He explained every inspection he was going to do and described his findings in detail with suggestioins of what I could do as a prevention. He performed a detailed exterior inspection of my house for points of entry by the rodents with photos. He performed a detailed inspection of my crawl space with photos of the rodent issues along with finding a leak that I was not aware of. Carlos explained in detail the rodent traps he placed in my crawl space and garage. The cost was extremely fair and I would highly recommend his services to all of my friends needing it. ~ John C

Carlos came out to do an inspection and treatment for mice and spider crickets. He was so thorough, There is not an inch of this house he did not inspect and treat. He took pictures of areas that were in need of attention to keep critters from getting in so we can have them repaired. he pulled out the appliances in my kitchen, checked crawl spaces and attics. I have two puppies and he also made sure all was safe for my animals. He was professional and so courteous. Carlos is extremely responsive and professional. He services my beach house at the Jersey shore and does a fantastic job. Over the past week we had an issue at our full time residence 2 hours away from Carlos’ office. Carlos came immediately and drove 2 hours in a rain storm to help us out with a rodent problem because the local guy we had couldn’t figure it out. I called Carlos up because I thought I had termites as my plywood floor in my bathroom was cracking. Carlos determined it was a result of water damage. He could have easily told me it was termites and collected a fee for a spraying, but he didn't. That is called INTEGRITY. If you want someone who is TRUSTWORTHY, Carlos is your man. You can feel confident that if Carlos says he found something, then he truly did. In addition to his honesty, Carlos was in the crawl space and told me to turn on the water because he found out where the leaks were coming from and showed me where they were. ~ Mark F

First time working with Resolve. Good experience booking the appointment. Isaiah arrived on time and ready to start. I had a ton of questions for Isaiah and I felt he did a great job at explaining all the different causes of certain bugs and what certain things mean if I see them - basically I asked a bunch of questions and he fielded them well. He was polite, thorough with the inspection, and had a good attitude towards work and the customer. Highly recommend!! This company is absolutely amazing and their customer service is excellent! I called tonight in a panic as a saw a rodent in my house (mind you I’m pregnant and I almost died from seeing it in my house) Carlos was there the same night within the hour at 9pm to clear it up. He even set up traps within my house and took the time so late at night to help my husband and I. He literally saved the day and was very professional. Excellent service, Carlos is a professional I can trust, He went beyond of what I expected. He left the work area and the surrounding clean. Carlos pay attention to the details. I had an issue with shrews that they were nesting inside of a wall, tearing the insulation apart. I let him open the wall from inside to remove all the waste that the creatures made. He sanitized the area and cleaned it thoroughly. Then he put bait and traps to get rid of possible returning shrews. You can't go wrong with Carlos, 100% Recommended. ~ Sebastián V

Carlos is a professional and respectable when he does a job for his customer. My husband and I hired him to do a termite treatment. I want to give a recommendation to anyone who needs pest control. Resolve Pest Mgt, based in Bayville, NJ, is amazing. I had a problem with yellowjackets, which made their way into the walls of my house, terrorizing me until I called Resolve. Carlos was so kind, acted quickly, and took care of the issue. Absolutely recommend. I called because we had bees coming out of the wall in one of our bedrooms. The secretary was so kind and helpful and recommended the owner come out to see. She double checked with him prior to ensure his availability. Carlos the owner came right out, within an hour. He assessed the situation and gave recommendations. I’m new to Toms River so when I needed an exterminator I turned to FB for recommendations. Resolve (Carlos) was the company and name that kept coming up. To rave reviews. So I went with the reviews and called Resolve. Glad I did! Carlos was great to work with. I was able to make a timely appointment. He showed up on time and resolved “lol” my pest (ants) problem . Carlos inspected my home for a suspected rodent in the attic. He did a thorough investigation, including using a drone to check for any ingress areas around the roof and gutters. Carlos acted quickly and was very thorough. The entire service was effective, reasonably priced and at all times Carlos and his assistant were very professional.
